COOKIE NOTICE

Last updated: August 5, 2026

This Cookie Notice explains how Hella Fast, LLC (“Hella Fast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on hellafast.digital (the “Site”).

It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device when a person visits a website.

Cookies and similar technologies may be used to:

  • remember preferences;
  • distinguish visitors and sessions;
  • measure traffic and interactions;
  • support Site functionality;
  • detect technical or security issues;
  • attribute visits or inquiries to advertising campaigns; and
  • support personalized or targeted advertising where enabled.

Similar technologies include pixels, tags, web beacons, scripts, software development tools, local storage, session storage, and advertising identifiers.

2. Categories of Technologies We Use

Strictly Necessary Technologies

Strictly necessary technologies support essential Site operation, security, network communication, form delivery, and the storage of privacy choices.

These technologies cannot always be disabled through the Site because the Site may not function correctly without them.

Where we implement a consent control, an essential cookie or local-storage entry may be used to remember whether a visitor accepted or rejected non-essential technologies.

Analytics Technologies

Analytics technologies help us understand:

  • how many people visit the Site;
  • how visitors reach the Site;
  • which pages they view;
  • how long sessions last;
  • which links or elements they interact with;
  • which browser and device types are used; and
  • whether technical errors occur.

We use Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica for these purposes.

Advertising and Attribution Technologies

Advertising technologies help us:

  • measure whether an advertising campaign generated a Site visit or inquiry;
  • understand campaign performance;
  • prevent duplicate conversion counting;
  • create advertising audiences where enabled;
  • limit or improve the relevance of advertising; and
  • show advertisements to prior Site visitors where permitted.

We may use Google Ads and related Google advertising technologies for these purposes.

Functional and External-Service Technologies

The Site may link to third-party communication, scheduling, social-media, marketplace, and portfolio services.

A standard external link generally transfers you to the third party only after you click it. If third-party content is embedded directly into the Site in the future, that content may set cookies or collect information when the page loads.

3. Technologies and Providers

Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager is a tag-management system used to configure and deploy other scripts and services.

Google Tag Manager is not used as a standalone analytics report. However, the tags deployed through it may collect information and set cookies according to their own functions.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics may collect information about Site visits, sessions, approximate location, browser and device characteristics, pages viewed, interactions, and traffic sources.

Google Analytics commonly uses a first-party cookie named _ga and may use a property-specific cookie beginning with _ga_ to distinguish visitors and sessions.

The duration of these cookies depends on the Site’s configuration and Google’s applicable service settings.

Google Ads

Google Ads technologies may be used for conversion measurement, campaign attribution, audience creation, and targeted advertising where enabled.

Depending on configuration, Google advertising technologies may use cookies or identifiers including cookies beginning with _gcl_ and other Google advertising cookies or identifiers.

The cookies and retention periods used by Google may vary according to the visitor’s browser, location, Google settings, consent status, and the advertising features enabled on the Site.

Yandex Metrica

Yandex Metrica may use cookies and browser storage to distinguish visitors, measure traffic sources, analyze behavior, detect advertising blockers, and support features such as session analysis where enabled.

Cookies and storage items used by Yandex Metrica may include:

  • _ym_uid;
  • _ym_d;
  • _ym_isad;
  • _ym_visorc_*;
  • _ym_metrika_enabled;
  • yandexuid;
  • yuidss; and
  • related local-storage or session-storage identifiers.

Retention varies by technology. Some values last only for a session or several minutes or hours, while some identifiers may remain for approximately one year or longer depending on provider settings and jurisdiction.

We do not intentionally configure Yandex Metrica to receive names, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, or the content of contact-form fields.

Google Fonts

The Site may retrieve font stylesheets and font files from the Google Fonts Web API.

Google Fonts does not use cookies for font requests. However, a font request may transmit an IP address, requested URL, browser and operating-system details, and the referring page to Google.

Google states that information obtained through Google Fonts is not used to create end-user profiles or deliver targeted advertising.

4. Your Choices

Where required by applicable law, the Site will provide a control that allows you to:

  • accept non-essential technologies;
  • reject non-essential technologies; or
  • change a previous choice.

Rejecting non-essential technologies should not prevent access to the Site’s primary informational content or contact functionality.

A privacy choice may be stored in an essential cookie or browser-storage entry so that the Site can remember it.

You may also use browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect certain functionality, and deleting cookies may cause the Site to forget a previous privacy choice.

Advertising and analytics providers may also provide their own account settings, browser add-ons, or industry opt-out tools.

5. Canadian Visitors

Analytics and advertising identifiers may constitute personal information under Canadian privacy law.

Where required, Canadian visitors must be informed of non-essential analytics or advertising practices at or before collection and must be provided with an effective way to decline or withdraw consent.

For this reason, non-essential analytics and advertising tags should not be activated for a Canadian visitor until the Site has applied the visitor’s applicable privacy choice.

6. Do Not Track and Privacy Signals

Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” or other privacy-preference signals.

Because there is not a single universally implemented standard for all such signals, Site behavior may vary depending on the signal and the technology involved.

Where an applicable law requires us to recognize a supported universal opt-out mechanism, we will take reasonable steps to honor that mechanism.

7. Changes to This Cookie Notice

We may update this Cookie Notice when technologies, providers, configurations, or legal requirements change.

The current version will be identified by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
