This Privacy Policy does not govern third-party websites, platforms, or services that may be linked from the Site.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the Site, including government identification numbers, financial account details, health information, passwords, or other confidential credentials.

We do not add contact-form users to a general marketing mailing list unless they separately and affirmatively request marketing communications.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

  • Internet Protocol address;
  • browser type and version;
  • device type and device identifiers;
  • operating system;
  • language settings;
  • approximate geographic location derived from an IP address;
  • referring and exit pages;
  • pages viewed and links clicked;
  • dates, times, and duration of visits;
  • interactions with Site content and forms;
  • advertising and analytics identifiers; and
  • information stored through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies.

This information may be considered personal information under applicable law even when it does not directly identify you by name.

Information From Third-Party Services

We may receive limited information from analytics, advertising, scheduling, communication, marketplace, social-media, or referral platforms when you interact with our advertisements, follow a link to the Site, or contact us through one of those platforms.

The information available to us depends on the applicable platform, your settings, and the nature of your interaction.

3. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries and contact requests;
  • discuss a potential project or business relationship;
  • prepare proposals, estimates, recommendations, or project scopes;
  • provide information about our services;
  • communicate about an existing or prospective engagement;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • understand Site usage and visitor behavior;
  • measure advertising performance and campaign attribution;
  • create or manage advertising audiences where permitted by law;
  • detect errors, abuse, fraud, or security incidents;
  • maintain business records;
  • enforce our agreements and legal rights;
  • comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations; and
  • complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We will not use personal information for materially different purposes without providing appropriate notice and obtaining consent where required.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising measurement, Site operation, and related purposes.

These technologies may be provided or managed through:

  • Google Analytics;
  • Google Tag Manager;
  • Google Ads;
  • Yandex Metrica;
  • hosting and Site-infrastructure providers; and
  • other technologies described in our Cookie Notice.

Google Tag Manager is used to manage and deploy tags. The specific tags loaded through it may collect information as described in this Privacy Policy and the Cookie Notice.

Where required by applicable law, non-essential analytics and advertising technologies will be activated only after the visitor has made an applicable privacy choice.

You can obtain more information and manage available choices through the Cookie Notice and the Site’s privacy controls.

5. Analytics

We use analytics services to understand how visitors find and interact with the Site.

These services may collect information such as IP addresses, approximate location, browser and device characteristics, referring pages, pages viewed, interactions, and session information.

Analytics information helps us:

  • measure Site traffic;
  • understand which content is useful;
  • identify technical problems;
  • improve navigation and performance; and
  • evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, or contact-form message contents to analytics providers.

6. Advertising and Attribution

We may use Google Ads and related technologies to measure advertising performance, attribute inquiries or visits to advertising campaigns, and, where enabled and legally permitted, reach people who previously interacted with the Site.

Advertising providers may collect or receive online identifiers, cookie identifiers, IP addresses, device information, browsing activity, interaction data, and inferred interests.

We do not sell contact-form information for money.

However, disclosure of online identifiers or browsing activity to advertising providers may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under certain privacy laws even when no money is exchanged.

Where applicable, you may request to opt out of targeted advertising or applicable sharing by using the Site’s privacy controls or contacting us at hf.hellafast@gmail.com.

7. Google Fonts

The Site may load font files through the Google Fonts Web API.

When fonts are retrieved from Google’s servers, the visitor’s browser sends a request that may include the visitor’s IP address, the requested URL, browser and operating-system information, and the referring page.

Google states that the Google Fonts Web API does not set or log cookies and that information collected through Google Fonts is not used to create end-user profiles or deliver targeted advertising.

We may instead host font files locally to reduce third-party data transfers.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

10. Data Retention

Analytics and advertising information is retained according to our configurations and the retention practices of the applicable providers.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we will delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it, subject to technical limitations and lawful backup-retention practices.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.

However, no website, email transmission, Internet connection, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You submit information electronically at your own risk.
